What is the smallest amount you will deliver?

1 bulk bag.

If I buy bulk would I receive a discount?

No - If you are buying in bulk we suggest that you contact our sales team. They will be able to give you a more accurate quotation. The number is 01294 822005.

Can I order different materials to be delivered at once?

Yes - If bulk bagged this is not a problem.

Why do you charge for pallets?

We are required by our haulier to place all bags on a pallet, for ease of transport and the removal. There is unfortunately a charge of £8 plus VAT per pallet which is refundable on its return.

Are the bulk bags returnable?

No, the bags are single use only, although they are useful for collecting hedge clippings etc in the garden and general rubbish.

How do I pay for my order?

There are a number of ways in which you can pay for your material:-

  1. Pay: Cash on Delivery or by card over the phone when placing order.
  2. Pay: BAC payments accepted. This must be received prior to dispatching your order.

Do I need to be there to receive my order?

No, simply tell us where you would like your material to be unloaded and leave the rest to us. We would always ask that you provide a contact number in the unlikely event of an issue with the specified location.

What size of aggregate should I use for pathways and drives?

The common sizes are 10mm and 20mm for gravel; 20mm and 40mm for slate. 10mm gravel/20mm slate is preferred for pathways, as it is easy to walk on. 20mm gravel/40mm slate is best for drives, because the smaller aggregates may get into the car tyre tread.

Do you deliver Saturdays?

No, unfortunately.

Will I receive an invoice or receipt?

You will receive an invoice with the receipt attached or you can ask for this to be emailed to you.

What if I have difficult access to my property?
